This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders work when you shop with Consistent and True. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

1. What a Pre-Order Means

A pre-order lets you purchase a product before it is officially available for general sale. When you pre-order with us, we guarantee that one unit of the product will be reserved for you, even if it later sells out.

2. Release and Fulfillment

• Pre-ordered products are released and shipped at the same time as the general release.

• Pre-ordering does not mean you will receive the product earlier than the release date, unless we specifically tell you otherwise (which is very unlikely).

3. Delivery Timeline

• Our normal delivery timeframe is 1–3 weeks from the date of shipment.

4. Payment

• Full payment may be required at the time you place your pre-order.

• By pre-ordering, you authorize us to process your payment in line with our standard billing practices.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your pre-order before the item ships or before the release date, subject to our standard cancellation and refund terms.

• Once your pre-order has shipped, our regular return policy applies.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update or change this Pre-Order Policy from time to time. Any changes will take effect as soon as we post them on our website or other official channels.
