We gladly accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached, within 10 days of the delivery date. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use, damage, stains, or odors. After the 10-day return window has passed, unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
If your return is approved and meets our guidelines, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected by our team. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process after we receive your return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
